You pay the flat price when your visit is booked. If we can't fix it, you get your money back. The guarantee covers the labor price you paid, not the cost of parts.

We answer Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. A request sent after 8:00 PM or on a Sunday is answered the next business day. Your visit is booked once you have confirmed the time with us and paid the link we send.
