A technician arrives, diagnoses the issue in front of you, and explains what is wrong in words that make sense. The work is done at the flat price agreed when you booked, anything extra such as a part is priced and agreed with you first, and you get a written summary of what changed when we are done.

Yes. We support Windows PCs, Macs, printers, networking equipment, and the everyday devices that connect to them.

You pay the flat price when your visit is booked. If we can't fix it, you get your money back. The guarantee covers the labor price you paid, not the cost of parts. We send a secure card payment link once your time is confirmed, so there is no cash or check to find on the day.

Life happens, so your first reschedule is always free with at least one business day of notice. Because each appointment reserves a technician's day, additional reschedules or late changes carry a fee of 25% of the service. Cancel at least one business day ahead, before using your free reschedule, for a full refund of your prepayment.
