Every lesson ends with simple written steps, so you can do it again on your own tomorrow. Recurring lessons can be requested separately.

I am starting from zero. Is that okay?
Yes. We can start with the basics and take each step at your pace. Ask us to repeat anything you want to practice again.
How long is a lesson?
Most lessons last about an hour. You can request recurring weekly or monthly lessons.
Can my kids book this for me?
Yes, and it happens all the time. Family members can book from anywhere, and with your permission we will send them a note about what we covered.

Agree on the work and price
We explain what needs doing and put the price in writing when you book, before anyone comes out. Your technician talks you through the work and answers your questions.

You receive a written summary of the work and a receipt for the price you paid when you booked, so you have a record to refer to later.
