We check your computer and the monitor ahead of time so we bring the right cable or adapter to the visit, not a guess.
This matters just as much for a desktop that already has a monitor and is adding a second one, since the video card only has so many ports, and not every port supports the same picture quality.
Arranging the displays to match your desk
Once both screens are connected, the computer needs to know how they sit next to each other in real life so your mouse moves naturally from one to the other, instead of jumping in a confusing direction.
