What actually moves over in a visit

Most people think of "transferring files" as just documents and photos, but the part that actually saves you time is everything around them: your email signed in and receiving mail, your browser favorites and saved logins in place, and your printer already talking to the new machine. We handle the whole set in one sitting, at your kitchen table or home office.

We work with whatever you have, an old Windows computer, a Mac, or a mix of both, and we bring the cables, drives, and know-how so nothing gets left behind because a cord did not fit.

  • Documents, photos, music, and desktop files
  • Email accounts signed in and mail flowing
  • Browser favorites, saved passwords, and open tabs
  • Printer, scanner, and any other devices reconnected

Keeping your old computer safe until we confirm the move

We do not wipe or unplug the old computer until we have confirmed everything made it to the new one and you have had a chance to look through it yourself. If anything seems off, like a folder that did not come across or a password that needs to be re-entered by hand, we fix it before we consider the job done.

  • Nothing gets deleted from the old machine until the new one is confirmed working
  • You get a chance to check the new computer yourself before we leave
  • Any missing folder or account gets tracked down and moved, not skipped

Setting the new computer up right, not just moving files onto it

A file transfer is only half the job. We also remove the trial software and junk apps that come preinstalled, turn on automatic backups so the new machine is protected from day one, and walk you through anything that looks or works differently than your old computer did.

How to book

Call (615) 852-5565 Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Tell us what old and new computers you have, and we will schedule a visit to move everything over and set it up properly.
