Do these three things right now
Before you do anything else, disconnect. If someone is remotely connected to your computer, turn off your Wi-Fi router or unplug the internet cable. That ends their access immediately.
Then call your bank or card company using the number on the back of your card, not any number a pop-up or caller gave you. If you shared a password or gift card code, tell them right away. Every minute matters more than every detail.
